Innovation Workshops
"Imagination is more powerful than knowledge."
Albert Einstein.
These days, when the advantages of new technology, low costs
and information are widely available, innovative workable
ideas that create value for customers, members and shareholders
faster than the competition are the difference between failure
and success.
Using Vector Research methodology, workshop participants
learn to create practical new ways to work and meet your members’
and customers’ needs.
What to expect: breaking the frame of previous assumptions
to get results
“Breaking the Frame,” for example, entails depicting
the assumptions around your organization, its customers, members
and products. This is the frame or boundaries. In the next
step in an innovation workshop, participants break the walls
of the frame to examine ideas in new ways. Why? Tearing down
the walls around an organization’s way of framing an
issue or market reveals new opportunities and products.
